Photovoltaic
According to the application scenario, installation method and structural form, photovoltaic brackets can be divided into many types. The following are several common photovoltaic bracket types and their characteristics:
1. Ground photovoltaic support
Single column support: The photovoltaic array is supported by a column, suitable for flat or slightly inclined ground. Simple structure, suitable for small and medium-sized photovoltaic power plants.
Double-column support: The photovoltaic array is supported by two columns, which has better stability and load-bearing capacity, and is suitable for large-scale ground photovoltaic power stations, especially in areas with high wind load.
Slope ground bracket: specially designed for photovoltaic systems installed on inclined ground. The bracket angle can be adjusted according to the terrain to ensure the best angle between the surface of the panel and the sun's rays.
2. Roof photovoltaic support
Flat roof support: a support system designed specifically for flat roofs. A triangular or shaped structure is usually used to provide the required tilt angle to ensure the best power generation effect of the photovoltaic panel.
Sloping roof bracket: A bracket system installed on a sloping roof, usually consistent with the angle of the roof, and directly fixed to the roof structure. Installation is simple, suitable for home and small commercial building photovoltaic system.
Color steel tile roof bracket: For industrial plants and color steel tile roof design, the bracket is fixed on the color steel tile by fixture, which is stable and does not damage the roof structure, suitable for large-scale industrial photovoltaic projects.
3.BIPV building integrated photovoltaic bracket
Curtain wall bracket: The photovoltaic module is integrated into the building exterior wall or curtain wall system, which is not only used as the building exterior wall material, but also can generate electricity. Usually used in high-rise buildings, with good aesthetics and practicality.
Roof tile support: photovoltaic modules are used directly as roof tiles, which are closely combined with the roof of the building to realize the integration of building and photovoltaic power generation. Suitable for new or renovated construction projects, both beautiful and functional.
Shading system bracket: Photovoltaic modules are used as the sun visor or blinds of buildings, which can not only shade and cool down, but also generate electricity. They are often used in large public buildings or commercial centers.
4. Tracking photovoltaic bracket
Single-axis tracking bracket: The bracket rotates along an axis, usually in the east-west direction to track the movement of the sun, and can automatically adjust the angle of the photovoltaic panel throughout the day to maximize sunlight absorption.
Two-axis tracking bracket: The bracket can rotate freely along two axes (usually north-south and east-west) to achieve all-weather full-angle tracking of the sun, maximize power generation efficiency, and is suitable for photovoltaic power plant projects that require extremely high efficiency.
Inclination adjustable bracket: does not have automatic tracking function, but can manually or semi-automatically adjust the inclination of photovoltaic panels to adapt to seasonal changes, often used in small photovoltaic systems.
5. Photovoltaic support for carport
Independent carport bracket: photovoltaic modules are installed on the roof of the carport, which not only provides shading and protection for vehicles, but also generates electricity. It is often used in homes, shopping malls or public parking lots.
One-piece carport support: multiple carports share a set of support system, which is suitable for large parking lot projects and has good economy and space utilization.
6. Floating photovoltaic bracket
Floating bracket on water: The photovoltaic module is installed on the floating device, and the bracket floats on the water surface. It is suitable for large-area water bodies such as reservoirs and lakes. It can not only reduce land occupation, but also improve power generation efficiency, because the water body has a good cooling effect.
7. Agricultural photovoltaic support
Agricultural light complementary bracket: designed as a bracket system combining photovoltaic power generation and agricultural planting. Photovoltaic modules are installed above a certain height, and crops are planted below to realize multiple use of land, which is suitable for large-scale agricultural land photovoltaic projects.
Fish light complementary bracket: combined with aquaculture and photovoltaic power generation bracket system, photovoltaic modules are installed above the water surface of aquaculture, which can generate electricity without affecting aquaculture, and are widely used in aquaculture areas such as fish ponds and shrimp ponds.
8. Special support
Wind and sand resistance bracket: suitable for areas with severe wind and sand, the design strengthens the ability to resist wind and sand, usually increases the stability and durability of the structure, and is suitable for photovoltaic power stations in desert areas.
Corrosion-resistant bracket: For coastal areas or high humidity environments, the bracket is made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as stainless steel or high corrosion-resistant coated steel, to ensure that the bracket can be used for a long time in harsh environments.
Each kind of photovoltaic support has its specific application scenarios and advantages. Choosing the right support system can maximize the efficiency and economic benefits of photovoltaic power plants.
